Call for Participation

We welcome proposals for paper presentations, poster sessions, and roundtable discussions that explore music, education, and innovation.

Types of Submissions

  • Papers: 20-minute presentations followed by Q&A
  • Posters: Visual research displays with live discussion
  • Roundtables: Moderated discussions on key issues (60 minutes)

Submission Guidelines

  • Abstracts must be anonymized and limited to 350 words (500 for roundtables)
  • Include a brief bio (max 100 words, submitted separately)
  • Deadline: July 15, 2025
