Subscriptions & Subscriber Support:

We rely significantly on paid subscriptions to support our work. Musica IQ subscriptions are offered on an annual basis, and online subscriptions renew automatically by default. You can opt out of automatic renewal by contacting us at [support email]. If you choose a subscription that includes a print edition of Musica IQ, please note that your first issue will arrive 6-8 weeks after placing your order. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting Support@musicaiq.com. You will receive a pro-rated refund for the remaining months and/or issues of your subscription. Please allow 3 weeks for your refund to be processed. For missing or damaged issues, subscription renewal, or technical support questions related to your use of the Services, you may also contact our support team.

Purchases, Product Warranties, and Returns:

In addition to subscriptions, Musica IQ offers various products for purchase through our Online Store (store.musicaiq.com) and Online Learning portal (learn.musicaiq.com). Unless otherwise stated on the product description page, purchases of courses, online events, and related resource packages (“Online Learning Products”) are refundable in full for 30 days from the date of purchase, at our sole discretion. Not all content included in Online Learning Products is downloadable. Please review the individual product descriptions before purchase for information on downloadable content. Unless otherwise stated on the product description page, Online Store purchases are returnable for a full refund if a return authorization is requested within 30 days of purchase. If you wish to make a return, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your item. If your package arrives damaged, photograph the package from all angles before opening it and save the packaging. We may require the photos and/or damaged packaging for the claim process. If we approve your return, we’ll provide specific instructions. All returned items must be unused, undamaged, and without visible signs of wear. CDs, DVDs, and other digital storage devices are not returnable once opened, unless defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
